SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible in excellent condition. We ship via Fedex and your order will leave our warehouse within 2 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our warehouse is located in Atlanta, Georgia. Delivery times may vary according to Fedex delivery speed; you will receive tracking number with your order so you can track your package.

Shipping rates: Shipping within the US is FREE.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, let us know and we can arrange a return. Note that you may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery, all you need to do is ship the item back to us. To be eligible for credit all returned items must arrive in unused condition and in 100% original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges, as well as original freight charges on all orders being returned for credit (Shipping costs will not be refunded). Returned products will be inspected by FreshDesignProducts.com. Upon approval a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the products we sell. FreshDesignProducts.com offers a warranty of 1 year starting from the date of purchase. Disassembly, reassembly, and transit costs will not be accepted in a warranty case. All liability is declined for items which have been modified, damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, alterations, neglect, mishandling or used in a way that is non-compliant to our recommendations. FreshDesignProducts.com does not allow modifications of its products. This warranty shall not apply for to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, neglience, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, setup, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
